Ingredients
- For making sauce
- Healthy Chef® Canola oil 3 Tbsp.
- Chopped onion 50 g.
- Chopped garlic 10 g.
- Red pepper 10 g.
- Mashed tomato 1 Tbsp.
- Red vinegar 2 Tbsp.
- Chicken stock 350 ml.
- Sea salt ½ tsp.
- Grind black pepper ½ tsp.
- Dry shrimp 30 g.
- Grind dry shrimp 10 g.
- Chopped Green okra 200 g.
- Chopped tomato 200 g.
- Fresh rosemary 1 pcs.
- Healthy Chef® Canola oil 3 Tbsp.
Method
For making sauce
- Warm Healthy Chef® Canola oil in medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, red pepper, dry shrimp, grind dry shrimp, mashed tomato, red vinegar, sea salt, chicken stock to the pan, cook until chicken stock turn to be the sauce and add grind black pepper.
- Another pan, warm Healthy Chef® Canola oil medium to high heat. Add okra and stir fry until okra starts to change color.
- Add the sauce into the pan, add chopped tomato, fresh rosemary and ready to serve.
