Marinate the pork chops with 1-1/2 tablespoon ofHealthy Chef Soybean Oil and season with salt and pepper**. Let it rest in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add apples, brown sugar, cider vinegar and butter, keep stirring until sugar caramelized and apple has softened. Keep warm and set it aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of Healthy Chef Soybean Oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until the oil beginning to smoke, by using a pair of tongs, slowly and carefully place pork chops to hot pan and sear each side until chops are caramelized approximately 2 minutes each side. Lower the heat to medium and continue to cook for another 5 to 6 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Transfer to a serving plate along with warm homemade applesauce. Serve immediately.
