Spicy Fried Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh 2 pcs
- Marinade Chicken with:
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Seasoning Sauce 3 tbsp
- White Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Healthy Chef Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
- Coriander root + Pepper + Garlic 1 tbsp
- 2 Eggs
- Bread Crumb 1 cup
- Spicy Salad dressing ingredients:
- Grinded Sticky rice 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Lime juice 3 tbsp
- Chopped Red onion / Chopped Green onion / Chopped Coriander / Chopped Onion
- 1 cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for deep fry chicken
Method
- Marinade chickens with all ingredients and mix well
- Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Bead the eggs, add bread crumb, dust marinated chicken with flour.
- Deep fry with medium heat until turn golden color.
- Ready to serve with vegetable / salad
