Sticky Rice with Crispy deep-fried soft bone ribs


  • Soft bone pork ribs 500 g
  • Coriander root + Pepper + Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce ½ tbsp
  • Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for deep fry 1 cup
  • Sticker rice to serve


  1. Chop soft bone pork rib into small pieces, add all ingredients into the bowl and marinade all
  2. Leave in the fridge for 30 min
  3. Heat the cooking oil for medium heat in the wok. Deep fry soft bone pork ribs until cooked
  4. Transfer the ribs to paper towels to drain briefly.
  5. Ready to serve with sticky rice
