Sticky Rice with Crispy deep-fried soft bone ribs
Ingredients
- Soft bone pork ribs 500 g
- Coriander root + Pepper + Garlic 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce ½ tbsp
- Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for deep fry 1 cup
- Sticker rice to serve
Method
- Chop soft bone pork rib into small pieces, add all ingredients into the bowl and marinade all
- Leave in the fridge for 30 min
- Heat the cooking oil for medium heat in the wok. Deep fry soft bone pork ribs until cooked
- Transfer the ribs to paper towels to drain briefly.
- Ready to serve with sticky rice
