Banana Cake


  • Cake flour 250g.
  • Egg 2 eggs.
  • Egg yolk 1 egg yolk.
  • Baking powder 1 Tsp.
  • Baking soda ½ Tsp.
  • Salt ¼ Tsp.
  • Healthy Chef® soybean oil 1 cup.
  • Sugar 120 g.
  • Dried banana 200g.
  • Sliced almonds for garnish desserts.


  1. Buttered waxed paper or put in print pleated sheets.
  2. Cut banana into small pieces then mix the flour and set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 0c during the warm stove.
  4. Slides for baking almond cake.
  5. Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt 2 times them stir well and set aside.
  6. Beat te eggs and add sugar until thoroughly combined.
  7. Add the Healthy Chef® soybean oil and stir until it is well blended.
  8. Divide the dough in three parts. Gradually add flour and sour cream.
  9. Add banana slices and mix well. Spoon mixture into loaf pan.
  10. Sprinkle sliced almonds and bake about 25 minutes.
