Ingredients
- Cake flour 250g.
- Egg 2 eggs.
- Egg yolk 1 egg yolk.
- Baking powder 1 Tsp.
- Baking soda ½ Tsp.
- Salt ¼ Tsp.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 1 cup.
- Sugar 120 g.
- Dried banana 200g.
- Sliced almonds for garnish desserts.
Method
- Buttered waxed paper or put in print pleated sheets.
- Cut banana into small pieces then mix the flour and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180 0c during the warm stove.
- Slides for baking almond cake.
- Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt 2 times them stir well and set aside.
- Beat te eggs and add sugar until thoroughly combined.
- Add the Healthy Chef® soybean oil and stir until it is well blended.
- Divide the dough in three parts. Gradually add flour and sour cream.
- Add banana slices and mix well. Spoon mixture into loaf pan.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds and bake about 25 minutes.
