Mix Mushroom Spicy Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Combination of mushrooms 300 g.
- Garlic cloves 15 cloves.
- Black pepper 15 pcs.
- Whole stalk bird chili 8-10 pcs.
- Sliced yellow pepper 1 pcs.
- Sliced galangal 1 tbsp.
- Green peppercorn 50 g.
- Chopped stalks fingerroot 5-6 pcs.
- Jinda chili 4 pcs.
- Basil leaves 1 cup.
- Kaffir lime leaves 2 pcs.
- Oyster sauce 2 ½ tbsp.
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
- Sugar ½ tbsp.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 2 tbsp.
- Water 6 tbsp.
Method
- Pounded with black pepper, galangal, garlic, yellow pepper and jinda chili.
- Mix oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water in the cup.
- Heat oil on medium-high heat.
- Add black pepper, galangal garlic, bird chili and yellow pepper then stir until it reaches the aroma.
- Followed by combination of mushrooms and a cup of mixed sauce.
- Add fingerroot, green peppercorn, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and jinda chili respectively.
