Mix Mushroom Spicy Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Combination of mushrooms 300 g.
  • Garlic cloves 15 cloves.
  • Black pepper 15 pcs.
  • Whole stalk bird chili 8-10 pcs.
  • Sliced yellow pepper 1 pcs.
  • Sliced galangal 1 tbsp.
  • Green peppercorn 50 g.
  • Chopped stalks fingerroot 5-6 pcs.
  • Jinda chili 4 pcs.
  • Basil leaves 1 cup.
  • Kaffir lime leaves 2 pcs.
  • Oyster sauce 2 ½ tbsp.
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar ½ tbsp.
  • Healthy Chef® soybean oil 2 tbsp.
  • Water 6 tbsp.

Method

  1. Pounded with black pepper, galangal, garlic, yellow pepper and jinda chili.
  2. Mix oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water in the cup.
  3. Heat oil on medium-high heat.
  4. Add black pepper, galangal garlic, bird chili and yellow pepper then stir until it reaches the aroma.
  5. Followed by combination of mushrooms and a cup of mixed sauce. 
  6. Add fingerroot, green peppercorn, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and jinda chili respectively.
