Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • Frozen Puff Pastries Dough 4 pcs.
  • Egg 4 pcs.
  • Slices of bacon 4 pcs.
  • Strips of bacon 4 pcs.
  • Sliced champion mushroom 4 pcs.
  • Chopped white onion 50 g.
  • Healthy Chef® soybean oil 2 Tbsp.
  • Grated of mozzarella cheese 60 g.
  • Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
  • Sea Salt ¼ tsp.
  • Grind Black pepper ¼ tsp.
  • Fresh Rosemary to scatter 4 pcs.
  • Baking paper 1 pcs.

Method

  1. Pre- heat the oven to 175 c
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Bring a pan with Heat Healthy Chef® soybean oil to low heat. Cook bacon for 5 minutes until brown and crispy on both sides. 
  4. Cook champion mushroom, white onion and strips of bacon until ready. 
  5. To assemble the pies, leaving a space in the middle, arrange bacon, mushroom and other ingredients. 
  6. Crack 1 egg on top on the puff pastry, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, fresh rosemary and following with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake the puff pastry in the oven to 220 c for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with sea salt and grind Black pepper.
