Ingredients
- Frozen Puff Pastries Dough 4 pcs.
- Egg 4 pcs.
- Slices of bacon 4 pcs.
- Strips of bacon 4 pcs.
- Sliced champion mushroom 4 pcs.
- Chopped white onion 50 g.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 2 Tbsp.
- Grated of mozzarella cheese 60 g.
- Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
- Sea Salt ¼ tsp.
- Grind Black pepper ¼ tsp.
- Fresh Rosemary to scatter 4 pcs.
- Baking paper 1 pcs.
Method
- Pre- heat the oven to 175 c
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Bring a pan with Heat Healthy Chef® soybean oil to low heat. Cook bacon for 5 minutes until brown and crispy on both sides.
- Cook champion mushroom, white onion and strips of bacon until ready.
- To assemble the pies, leaving a space in the middle, arrange bacon, mushroom and other ingredients.
- Crack 1 egg on top on the puff pastry, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, fresh rosemary and following with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the puff pastry in the oven to 220 c for 10 minutes.
- Serve with sea salt and grind Black pepper.
