Deep Fried Fish and Chili Sauce


  • Sea bass fish 300 g.
  • Green Chili 10 pcs.
  • Red Chili 10 pcs.
  • Garlic 12 cloves
  • Scallion ¼ cups.
  • Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 1 Cup. (for deep fried)
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Water 2-3 1 tbsp.
  • Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp.


  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium high heat. Then deep fry fish until turn golden color.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, green chili, and stir until mix well.
  3. Add deep fry fish into the same pan, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, water and stir until mixture of ingredients turn thicker and cover fish.
  4. Serve on plate with scallion decorating on top.
